Free Airport Transfers
New suite-only reservations for 3+ nights made through an affiliate travel agent include free round-trip ground transportation to and from Cancun, Punta Cana, or Montego Bay International Airport, provided by Seasons Tours.
Free Cancellation
The Excellence Collection offers free cancellation for bookings made through an affiliate travel agent, except for non-refundable rates. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival date with no penalties. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to the total stay. Some penalties may apply.
